Private sessions are customized and tailored to meet each person's unique goals and individual needs.

One-one-one lessons may be for you if any of the following apply:

You want to incorporate the principles of functional movement into your practice: more strength, mobility and stability, in addition to flexibility, and build deep core strength.

You want to to build a foundation of support, making you less prone to injury and more likely to enjoy a practice with sustainability and longevity.

You are working with an injury or a limitation and want to learn appropriate modifications and alternatives.

You want to better understand and refine alignment in a way that works for your specific body.

You want to incorporate somatic tools into your practice to build resilience and support nervous system regulation.

You want to workshop specific types of poses.

You want to learn accessible skills for meditation.

You enjoy working in a more customized way with opportunity for deeper conversation to break things down and unpack a variety of areas of practice.
