Stacy’s virtual vinyasa flow style yoga classes are taught with clear instruction and an inclusive approach for all levels. These classes are challenging yet accessible, breath and alignment focused, and thoughtfully sequenced. You'll be guided through a well-balanced, dynamic flow practice that focuses on various components of functional movement like mobility, stability and strength, in addition to flexibility. A curated music playlist is provided to support the experience and help guide you inward.
